    How long do I have to wait to get my order? Delivery duration may vary depending on your location:

    • USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 14 to 30 days
    • Europe, Middle East: 20 to 30 days
    • Rest of the world: 20 to 50 days

    90% of orders arrive after around 15 days after the shipping has been confirmed. Please note that factors such as delayed logistics and customers clearings may have an impact on the delivery time.

    HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

    After placing your order, a tracking code will be sent to the email address you provided within 5-7 business days. You can track your order following the instructions in the e-mail or with the tracking number in our tracking page

    WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT AT HOME WHEN THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED?

    Couriers will usually attempt the delivery again the next day. Alternatively, contact them to rearrange the delivery.

    I ORDERED MANY PRODUCTS, BUT ONLY GOT ONE. WHAT NOW?

    To speed up the delivery, your order can arrive in different packages, although you only get charged one delivery fee for everything. We do this so you get your products as soon as possible. If you ordered more than one product, the other products will arrive in the next days.

    THE TRACKING INFORMATION SAYS THE ORDER WAS RETURNED TO THE SENDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    As we focus on improving the product selection and the shipping, it is your responsibility to confirm the postal regulations of restricted items in your location, we cannot be held responsible for items not allowed in a specific geographical region.

    THE TRACKING SITE SAYS MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED, BUT I DON'T HAVE IT.

    We provide a tracking number for each customer. If the parcel has not been delivered to you personally, please check your local post office. For any further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team at tradecamelot@gmail.com.

    HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS GO?

    A local courier or your local post office will deliver your order. Your package will likely be delivered with your regular mail. A notice card will be left if you are not at home upon the time of delivery.

    DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES OR ANY CUSTOM CHARGES?

    The costs shown on our site do not include taxes. You might be responsible for paying taxes and duties when you get your package, but it is unusual.

    We cannot assume taxes or charges at the local destination, and the custom department in your location could cause some additional delays. Contact your customs office for more information.
